The new building can serve more people, support more commerce, charge higher rental rates, and change the landscape of the community that surrounds its location.

Time
You must be willing to commit to an average of 20 hours a month to the Mastermind.
Miss no more than two (2) sessions in a calendar year.
Be willing to meet with your facilitator once per quarter to go over your goals.
Determination

Consistency
Attend sessions regularly.
Participate in group discussions and projects.
Add your experience to group discussions.
What you get:
Time
On the 2nd Saturday of each month – we will meet in person! Guest Speakers have been contracted!
9am – 12 noon
On the 4th Saturday of each month – there will be a Facebook LIVE session in the private group.
Each week – office hours will be posted. You will be able to meet one on one with me (Dionne) if needed!
There will also be scheduled FB Takeovers by guest speakers, and even our own members sharing vital information to the growth of your business, techniques for closing sales, increasing marketing efforts, and so much more!
Determination

I want to see our members take the skills, lessons, plans we make … execute them … and see their greatest levels of success. I want to help make you millionaires. Consistency
This team is dedicated to being there at every meeting. Making time to answer questions, and be available to assist you in your growth! We will consistently provide speakers that are already successful in their journey – to help you in yours. We will consistently provide the most current data and tools to be a part of your success!
